Safer treatments at home
We continue to keep a number of measures in place to ensure that we minimise risk of transmission as much as possible. This includes appointment protocol, personal protective equipment and enhanced hygiene standards.
Safe set up
Therapists and customers (and their households) should be symptom-free on the day of the appointment. Where possible, treatments are to take place by an open window or in an area with good ventilation. No other members of the household should be present.
PPE
Clients and therapists are advised to wear a face covering for the duration of the appointment. Therapists will also wear gloves where appropriate.
Hygiene
All equipment and tools will be thoroughly disinfected before each appointment, and clients are asked to provide their own towels for this period. Our therapists will continue to follow all government guidance on hygiene, including regular handwashing and frequent sanitisation of any surfaces used.
